Christmas is coming, there's a festive air around in Venice! Take the chance to see Saint-Mark's square and its beautiful Christmas tree, the Procuratie arcades with their beautiful lights and Murano chandeliers, the sweets and crafts stall all around and the ice-skating rink in campo San Polo!
Moreover, to celebrate the 800 years of the nativity scene created by Saint Francis in Greccio, Venice municipality participates to the project Admirabile Signum: a map shows you all of the nativity scenes in the city area: paintings like The adoration of the shepherds by Paolo Veronese in SS Giovanni e Paolo church, but also real crafted creches like the one in San Francesco della Vigna.
